PCU Central Asian administrative city. Sits on the junction of overland trade routes. Manages PCU interests across the former Central Asian states that fell into PCU influence.
The former Tashkent corridor became Petrograd when PCU influence absorbed the Central Asian successor states during the drought years. The overland trade routes that survived the Upheaval all pass through or near here — which is why the PCU wanted it.
Administratively managed under PCU governance, but the population is diverse in ways that the PCU manages carefully. The city has never had a significant Heralds presence, which makes it unusual among contested interior territories.
